Q: What kind of inventory tracking system do you use?
A: We use O’Neil Record Center Software with barcode inventory management, retention management & point-to-point tracking features.

Q: How do I know that my data is safe?
A: Our facility incorporates the specifications and standards for information management and media preservation services. A security guard is on staff 24/7. All Departments & strategic areas are monitored and controlled by Close Circuit TV and programmable magnetic access cards. The building electricity is backed by a 350 kW diesel driven generator with 750 gallon fuel capacity and has a 150 kVA UPS (Uninterruptible Power Source), Diverse optical fiber ring, FM200 fire suppression system in network room and of course, Smoke & Fire alarms which are monitored by ADT.
In addition, our networks are protected by the latest encryption security, firewalls, data security systems and redundant tape backups.

Q: What types of media can you preserve and retrieve from?
A: Microfilm, microfiche, CDs and tapes.

Q: Do you meet ANSI standards for preservation?
A: Yes, The humidity and temperature in our facility are maintained to ANSI standards.

Q: How will we receive the completed retrieval request?
A: Email, fax, or mail (FEDEX or UPS)

Q: How will the media be destroyed?
A: It will be shredded on site and a certificate of destruction will be issued.
