VIT, a leader in Document Management Solutions for over 30 years, provides clients end-to-end document management
and data conversion services. VIT provides the labor and expertise associated with the conversion, archiving, and
storage of critical data. Improving access and storage of media/data, is VIT’s focus. Our goal is to provide our
clients the flexibility to manage their document/data management needs utilizing our services and resources, without
having to purchase technology or internalize the process. Our 48,000 sq. ft. production and storage facility provides
a secure environment to perform these services.

| Our History |
Virtual Image Technology was incorporated in 1975 as Micro View, Inc. and began as a traditional
micrographics service provider, with offices in multiple locations, supplying all markets with COM and
film processing services and supplies. Since then we have enhanced our lines of business, consolidated our
offices and relocated to a 48,000 sq. ft. facility in Charlotte, NC.

| Our Facility |
VIT is headquartered in a 48,000 sq. ft. facility, located in Charlotte, NC. It meets the
specifications and standards for document management and media preservation services.

Security - Every area of the VIT facility is accessible only by security ID cards. We have
cameras in the building's major corridors, loading docks, main lobby and our archive/storage and production areas.

Climate Control-storage areas - The media vault is climate controlled to ANSI Standards, keeping the air
and humidity at a safe, consistent level.

Fire Prevention - The building is equipped with an ESFR fire suppression system and the network room is
protected by a dry FM200 fire suppression system.
